I started this journey out of sheer confusion. In my 40s, I began experiencing brain fog, stubborn weight gain, and a range of symptoms I couldn't explain. It turned out to be perimenopause—a phase I had barely heard of, let alone understood. And I wasn’t alone. No one seemed to be talking about it—and most of what I did hear boiled down to, "That’s just part of getting older."
Well... I call BS on that.
After years of trial, error, research, and lots of self-compassion, I found what mix of habits, mindset shifts, and health tools worked for me. Now, at 51, I feel more energetic, more clear-minded, and more myself than I have in years.
